While pole training is our main focus at Kinetic Arts, our instructors are also trained and ready to help you prepare for a competition or performance by helping you meet your fitness and flexibility goals.
Students can schedule one-on-one training. Fitness training at KAT focuses heavily on conditioning. Lightweights are used, however, our facility does not have workout equipment. We train hard in our studio and are eager to share the art of fitness outside a classic gym setting with other dancers and performers who would like to level up and compete.
